The service attitude is super poor. When I don’t understand or repeat the confirmation, I answer with contempt and ridicule. The whole process of contact is a attitude of love or not. Thank you for your advice.

On my first visit, 4 papers were printed. The service attitude of the store was quite good, and I was very satisfied with the efficiency and quality.

The doctoral thesis for printing was delivered on August 22, and the first printed product was received in the afternoon of August 28. The cover and sides of the hardcover book have obvious gilding defects. Because the paper was rushed to take away three defective hardcovers, the remaining seven are waiting to be reprinted. Unexpectedly, there are still obvious defects, crooked printing, afterimages, and obvious gilding on the cover. Uneven marks, in addition to small defects on the binding, such as residual glue, a little dirt. The lady replied repeatedly: Hand-stamping is unavoidable. Today (9/12) I got the results of the third printing. Although the bronzing problem was finally solved, I did not expect that there are still some imperfections, such as sticky pages caused by residual glue on the sides of the book pages, and a little wear on the cover. When I asked the lady at the counter why the quality was uneven, the answer I got turned out to be: "The handwork is what it is, and you have to re-bind it several times. It is also possible that the master is new, because the handwork and the sticky pages are also normal." It's totally taken for granted. Basically, I am sure of the attitude of printing oranges for repeated reprints, and the price is fair, but I can’t agree with the attitude of this lady. In addition, there is a small episode. When I gave the paper to the teacher, I was asked by the teacher why there are big pencil notes on the pages of the book. A closer look seems to be a note used by the printing shop to indicate the quantity. Is it necessary for the manufacturer to mark the customer’s printed matter? Is there no other way?

I used materials (e-books) for binding. The service lady was very kind. Then I did not specifically ask for the cover and back of the book. I only specified the color and sealing film, but when I got it, my things were there. The back of the book and the cover, so I'm satisfied.

I have asked them to help me print various poster materials for many years. The technology in place, the positive efficiency, the meticulous service attitude, no matter how much or how little is printed, make every transaction a happy memory.
