★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 給一位胖胖的、染金髮、目測約莫40多歲的小姐服務，她沒有像其他小姐會先問要坐洗或躺洗，也沒有問要不要潤絲，這都是小事，
重點是，躺洗在洗後腦勺時，不像一般洗頭會把頭輕托放下，而是讓頭"碰"地直接落下，讓人非常不舒服！而且不僅洗得兩耳滿是泡泡，還洗到我滿臉是水，有濺到臉上的，還有從額頭一路流到下巴的，坐起身時脖子後面也都是水，沒有順手用毛巾擦，頭髮也隨便包，走回位置的路上水一直滴到衣服！！
除了粗魯以及隨便，沒有別的形容詞了。真的遇上了這位小姐，建議換人服務。

Apart from rudeness and casualness, there are no other adjectives. I really met this lady and suggested a replacement service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I came in this afternoon without an appointment and with our adopted son (from Taiwan) who is 17 months old right now. He has never been to a hairdressers salon before in his young life !
It was a major struggle with him ... he was turning his head like a wildman en crying all over...but the wonderfull staff of this hairsalon pulled it of !
Even an other customer who was in de salon at the same time came to the rescue with helping distracting our son with her carkeys.
The hairdres lady and her colleages did an awesome job.
We will never forget this and are forever gratefull.
