Last Wednesday, I practiced free weight training in the company's gym. As a result, my knees hurt when I walked up the stairs. After doing yoga on Friday, it became so easy to walk the MRT stairs. Kaka is gone. It's amazing~

Today’s lesson uses hanging cloths to help us stretch ~ The stiffness of the body from working all day is instantly healed! A great class, great Jingling teacher. The teacher is humorous and attentive. The class carefully observes the students and adjusts the classmates' body positions. There is a lot of benefit in the class! I am looking forward to every class afterwards^^
