米粉湯湯頭很棒還可以續湯黑白切油豆腐很好吃,重點是攢自製辣椒醬味道粉正粉到味中午要是太晚去吃不到油豆腐。

從小吃到大 ,已30年了。 搬離了大安區, 依舊願意從士林來吃。 味道都沒變,食材很新鮮 。 頭骨肉好好吃 !! 油豆腐是我唯一會一直吃的,其他店家我都只會吃一塊。 (油豆腐沒有一般油味)

轉角處看似不起眼的小麵攤 雖然沒有隔壁麵攤大排長龍的盛況 但其實味道滿不錯的 陽春麵稍嫌普通 但米粉湯的湯頭真的是很不錯 值得ㄧ試 小菜部分也和其他地方不大一樣 肝連是帶著QQ的筋一起 脆骨頭和肝連一起就很大一份 黑白切的調味挺不賴的 價格也挺不錯的 點了三份小菜 + 陽春麵 = 120 在台北市是少見的平價小吃 Ps: 1. 用餐時間老闆比較忙,點餐要分開點 老闆負責麵類,老闆娘負責小菜部分 先找到座位後再去點菜即可 2. 敢吃辣的人可以試試老闆自己做的辣醬,真的有辣啊 ?

暗藏在巷內,外觀相當復古! 你說它有多美味,好像也不到驚豔,但是就是那種小時後巷口會賣米粉湯的攤位樣子,價格最近有調整,但不得不說真的是銅板價小吃,值得經過嚐嚐! 點餐方式: 先找位置,然後稍微提醒一下老闆說你坐哪,等老闆好了自然會問你想吃什麼,有耐心的等一下就好! 米粉湯: 粗米粉是我喜歡的, 但口感中間偏軟,再稍微彈口些那就完美了!湯頭表現也是如果可以再濃郁些會更好,但已不錯。(一碗小碗$25,就不要要求這麼多了) 頭骨肉: 這招牌肉品,保有豬頭肉的嫩加上骨肉邊的Q彈膠質,好吃! 脆骨頭: 超愛吃脆骨類的朋友們不要錯過了這一道,肉和骨都是剛剛好的比例外,脆度一咬就斷,口裏的感覺非常優異! 辣椒: 老闆自製辣椒務必加上去,會讓整道小菜又提升了一個檔次, 辣度屬慢慢尾勁型!
