Pretty crowded. Registration area is clean. The doctor's attitude is ok. The employees' attitude somehow is not really friendly and nice (not everyone, but most of them). Registration fee is higher than others (without medical care card). Waiting area with seats provided. Short walking distance to bus stops.

Patient there 20+ years. However now live in Tainan and today unable to get through their listed phone number. First it doesn't work with my Skype. Then calling on my mobile phone its not clear what extension to contact. First 9 only asks me to wait and gives me an unclear voice saying how to wait. And sometimes I get a voice saying there is no extension 9. Phone system too quickly cuts me off rather than giving me a chance to enter other extension number. Does hospital provide adequate way to make contact by phone?

Staff very friendly and helpful! The physical examination (全民健檢）is hassle-free. I didn’t encounter any crowd while getting those tests done (early in the morning). The only thing I suggest is having a poster at the entrance or clear written instructions at the check-in counter, about what steps to take for the physical exam. For those of us who request a physical exam, we need to know what test to do first and what follows. Personally I didn’t know that the whole process will take 2 visits to complete till after I’ve done the last test (urine), I asked what to do next and only then I found out from that helpful lab technician that a family doctor will see me after all test results become available (in 3 working days). I need to come back and go through check-in for them to assign me a family physician who will then assist me in explaining the reports and suggest proper actions to take (if necessary).

Very overcrowded. I went to the dermatologist that was supposed to work from 6:30pm till 9:00pm. Now it’s 10:40pm and I’m STILL WAITING to get in. The doctor has like 100+ patients. This clinic is not only wasting doctors’ time but ours as well. The limit of the patient should be definitely less than a 100. That’s overworking doctors. UPDATE: I got out at 11:23pm, but the doctor was extremely nice and I appreciate his hard work.

The wait is horrendous. Be prepared to wait be call and wait and wait and be called again and wait , there is no need to get an appointment, doctor is impotent and see multiple patient simultaneously and still can’t achieve efficiency. Such greed to accept this many patients at once . Go else where please, unless you like to wait and feel cheated

What a terrible experience going to this clinic. I reserved online almost 3 weeks before I was supposed to go because of a friends recommendation. When I arrived, they still made me wait over an hour to see the doctor. When the doctor saw me, I sat down and he said your problem is that you’re overweight so you should go to the diet clinic upstairs on the 9th floor and pay money to see me. This all in the span of less than 10 seconds. He asked no medical history, no other reasons as to why I was there, and dismissed me immediately saying he ll refund and I should go. I understand that if I had diabetes, he’s able to see me or any other complications. What if I did? Did he take my blood? Did he ask me any of this medical history? What about my recent chest pains? Nope, none... cuz he was too busy passing me off. His name is Sung Yen Ren 宋晏仁 and he should be ashamed of himself.

Don't go here. I had to visit 4 times to get treated so the cost becomes more expensive. Plus the doctor gave me laser treatment for a Macular Lesion when the most modern treatment is an injection. Since the treatment I have also visited 1 other clinic and spoken to 2 eye doctors from NZ (home) and they have all looked at my scans and said that laser is not the way to go. It's outdated and considered as the last resort because it does burn into the back of the eye so even after healing my eye will never be the same again. Vision is god's gift, don't let anyone ruin it.

I have visited the colorectal doctor there and had three hemorrhoids removed. He explained the minor procedure. Recovery was fine. 6 months later I experienced pain again so I visited him again. He explained I have a NEW problem caused by his first procedure and now I need to get a very big surgery to fix the problem he caused. I brought a friend who could translate for me and the doctor still never asked questions or explained anything in detail. He never explained the side effects I might experience or the risk of the new problem he has caused. He has horrible bedside manner and he makes you feel like you aren't even a person. You are just another number walking through the door that he must treat so he can go home sooner. I really don't think he cares about his patients at all and I recommend going to a different clinic; it can't be worse than this. His name is 沈希哲.
