內餡清爽、外皮薄&煎得酥脆，比例拿捏的很好。
牛丼，口感不錯
可惜的是，拿放在烘乾機裡的內用餐具，經常是濕的，偶爾餐具上還有濕氣過重的味道；很少拿到乾燥餐具。
如果能改善這點，以平價餐點而言，該店好吃度，是非常優秀的。
Very delicious pot stickers, must order every time.
The filling is refreshing, the crust is thin & crispy fried, and the ratio is good.

Unfortunately, the tableware used in the dryer is often wet, and occasionally there is too much moisture on the tableware; rarely is the dry tableware.
If this can be improved, the restaurant will be excellent in terms of affordable meals.

鍋貼吃到剛出爐算你好運，其餘鍋貼很貼心地在旁邊等放涼了。
紅油炒手根本是分子料理，麵皮、肉餡、加上辣椒點綴、蔥花配色，連入口都是分開的，然後溫度比溫州大餛飩還要溫?
善化芝麻麵，連臺南人都要先叫他先半糖，不過值得開心的是，這是唯一的熱食。
給你一顆星，是讓我下次再次光顧的勇氣。
The hot and sour soup is hot and sour, but there is no soup. It is not hot enough like batter. Cat tongue is welcome to enjoy.
You are lucky to eat the pot stickers when they are just out of the oven, and the rest of the pot stickers are very considerately waiting for them to cool down.
The red oil stir-fried hand is basically a molecular dish, the dough, meat filling, chili embellishment, chopped green onion color matching, even the entrance is separated, and then the temperature is warmer than Wenzhou big wonton ?
For Shanhua sesame noodles, even people in Tainan have to call him half sugar first, but the good news is that this is the only hot food.

The taste is okay, but the skins are all stuck together, and they can only be peeled off one by one. The dining environment is a bit dim. If there is a good day, the right time and the right place will come with me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chanced upon this while wondering the streets looking for bubble tea. I realised reviews on gmaps are rather bland, but personally I thought this was a pretty nice place! Affordable prices and good food. Wide variety of food to choose from on the menu - dumplings (jiaozi) only cost NT$5 per piece, there was minced pork on rice, jajiang noodles, etc. Quite enjoyed my lunch here and will be back again if I'm nearby in future :)
