★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great traditional scallion pancakes with optional eggs for an additional price, but sometimes more salty or oily than other times, depending on who is doing the cooking ... Not very consistent but never too bad.
My go-to scallion pancake shop.

I think it's mainly based for students but the food quality is still really good. I recommend the fried pancake with cold noodles and soup. It's only 80 dollars and the amount is more than enough.
