第一次遇到吃完嘴巴很清爽的滷味,湯頭味道舒服,豬腱子很好吃。傍晚來買等了約20分鐘,但在旁邊等待邊欣賞老闆俐落的切料舀料包裝,也是別有一番風情~~ 才剛吃完就想著下次去要夾什麼呢咯~

超級喜歡這家的滷味的! 先來推薦我喜歡的料 高麗菜 花椰菜 豆皮(超愛) 會喜歡這幾個是因為老闆的滷底太讚了 還有他的高麗菜是洗過的 太多店家都直接切一切沖一沖 可是這間的是所有葉子都很開的 菜的量也不會給的太小氣 覺得其他的菜都可以夾夾看 因為cp值真的太高啦 常常看到老闆的店大排長龍就知道了 人多的時候去可是要半個小時到一個小時的 而且老闆會依照食材去看什麼時候要放 所以每道菜都不會過也不會太生 酸菜好吃老闆也不手軟 辣椒也好吃推薦可以加 夾好放在前面 老闆會注意幫你排隊 等切到你的時候叫你的料再去付錢 自己把錢擺在旁邊 自己找零 等一下老闆就會問你要不要辣 餐具自己拿 台北目前最喜歡的滷味
