★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 非常糟糕的管理委員會，會針對人管理，還有大小眼；有些人可以、有些人不行，全都委員說的算。所有管理規定不是公開透明的，你完全不會知道該遵守什麼，毫無自由。常常會有人針對性的舉報你，不知道他們是很閒還是怎樣。有某些人非常傲氣，仗著委員或有錢身分，以上對下的姿態對待住戶！說得好聽，是要維護社區品質，說得難聽，根本就是欺負人！懷疑有些主戶跟委員有私下關係，他們做好幾年都沒事，當你跟著做時，突然告訴你委員規定不行。而當你要求他公平對待住戶，他又會有一套說法，不然就突然開始統一管理。
 A very bad management committee will manage people, and there are big and small eyes; some people can, some people can't, all the members have the final say. All management regulations are not open and transparent, you will never know what to comply with, and there is no freedom. Often someone will report you targeted, not knowing if they are idle or what. Some people are very arrogant, relying on committee members or wealthy status to treat residents in an up-and-down attitude! To put it nicely is to maintain the quality of the community, but to put it badly is to bully people at all! It is suspected that some main households have a private relationship with the committee members. They have been fine for several years. When you follow along, they suddenly tell you that the committee rules are not acceptable. And when you ask him to treat residents fairly, he will have a set of arguments, otherwise he will suddenly start unified management.
