寄回去後隔半個月再詢問退款事宜才說公司的欄位即使是個人也要寫+蓋章,才又告知需重新寄一份。
整個進度拖拖拉拉,每次都要人詢問才會去做動作,寫信詢問也一直:麻煩您耐心等候。
等了3個月不夠有耐心嗎,那麼點錢也退的這麼慢,貴公司沒捫心自問一下自己的效率嗎? 電話之前都打不進去,超級難搞,莫名其妙

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先是打了7-11的客服, 輾轉打了好幾通電話, 才知道是由統一數網處理, 10/16交寄, 10/20 e-tracking貨態查詢為包裹異常,進入賠款程序, 一通電話都沒通知, 還要寄件方去追蹤了解,真是造成不便, 服務品質有待加強, 到現在10/26也還是包裹異常, 估計也是賠款了事, 但卻造成我收件方的不便, 建議服務品質有待加強.

Then I realized that it was handled by Unidata.com, 10/16 delivery, 10/20 e-tracking cargo status inquiry is abnormal, enter the compensation procedure, a phone call I have not notified the sender, and I have to track and understand the sender.
