★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 來現場辦理加保的時候才發現原來工會也有開設職訓課程，小姐也協助我報名課程(原來45歲以上可以有全額補助！)，提供課程文件，整體服務態度讓我覺得很滿意。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 工會一向都很封閉，內部通常都是他們自己人，所以會員們別奢望那一票人會爲您謀福利，以前曾經有會員回娘家的抽獎活動，會議室堆滿滿的雕刻品但去的會員以乎不多。最近幾年不知是否换一批人或新增據點等其他因素，感覺大不如前，缴錢後查詢還得看臉色，又不肯開放給會員自行查詢。以前會員數不多時仍有盈餘辦抽獎，現在會員數更多了，幹部卻說經費吃緊，在小事前後說詞反覆刁難會員，總之,別太信任這些人,自己權益自己顧。

There used to be lucky draws where members returned to their parents’ home. The conference room was full of sculptures, but I went there. There are not many members. In recent years, I don’t know if there are other factors such as changing a group of people or adding new bases. I feel that it’s not as good as before. After paying the money, I still have to look at my face, and I refuse to open it to members to inquire on their own. In the past, when the number of members was small, there was still a lottery with surplus. Now the number of members is more, but the cadres say that the funds are tight, and they make trouble for the members before and after trivial matters. In short, don't trust these people too much and take care of your own rights.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 表面上服務人員似乎是很客氣，不過實際上卻是基層服務人員經常異動(離職)，不會變動只是工會的幹部。最近不好的經驗是幾個月前工會還承諾可郵寄紙本收據【近年來工會都說有寄出我卻經常沒收到(工會賴給郵局寄丟收據,但帳單一樣是平信卻從未寄丟) 】，今去電反映總幹事,李女卻說未來不再提供紙本收據了, 收據事小失信(說謊？)事大,給大家作参考。

The recent bad experience is that a few months ago the union promised to mail paper receipts [in recent years, the union has said that they have sent them, but I often have not received them (the union has always lost the receipt to the post office, but the bill is also a regular letter but never Lost it)], I called the Director General today, but Li Nv said that paper receipts will no longer be provided in the future.
