Not so friendly. They told me that the watch repair cost 34000 NT . When I reparied outside store it cost 25000.

Excellent atmosphere and warn greetings from the service representative. Unfortunately, the quotationcomes out a little bit pricey.

They don’t do the official watch authentication check anymore. However, you can send in the watch if it is still under rolex 5 years warranty, and they will open it up and tell you after 2 weeks if anything is wrong with the watch fake or not. You wont get any paper certificates however...

Terrible service. For a luxury brand that apparently prides itself on being the pinnacle of excellence, this service center demonstrates the polar opposite of everything this brand tries so hard to convince you it represents. Been in and out on numerous occasions, and more than once being the first in line to receive my allotted ticket and yet waiting upward of half an hour while other clients showing up later, are serviced first. On a recent occasion, was called to pick up my watch which was undergoing service. They informed me everything was ready for collection. I arrived at 10am sharp. Not a client in sight. I collected my ticket and was asked to wait - strange. There’s no one else here. Surely this won’t take long and I could be seated at the service counter. No. 5 minutes. 10 minutes. At 15 minutes waiting in a completely desolate service center my patience waned. I asked them whether things would get moving soon as I had an appointment scheduled at 10:45 and this was taking much longer than expected - given that I still needed to finalize paperwork and pay for the service. Staff seemed irritated I was pushing…? Finally (almost 20 minutes at this point) I am seated to collect my watch. As a specific request, while I knew the service center would be replacing my hand set during the service, I asked them to retain my ORIGINAL handset which were solid YG (for a Day-Date model) , since the replacements would be lumed. I made it clear that I needed the hands for potentially future installation and asked them to be careful with them. I did not have time to properly inspect the hands that were returned to me as agreed - when I did finally get a chance to inspect what was returned, my gut turned. Absolutely scratched almost beyond any possibility of using them again. I cannot fathom the level of sheer negligence / incompetence that took place to return parts in such condition. This is not the first time I’ve had a watch serviced and never in my years have I seen anything like this. It’s as if the damage caused was practically intentional to prevent any use of the hands at all. It’s really a shame the brand is perceived in such high regard while delivering abysmally disrespectful service to its customers, that I might highlight are not paying pennies for the privilege to represent their brand. If there’s any takeaway for the readers who have made it this far in the review - Rolex doesn’t respect its customers. This “service” center is a demonstration of that. Period. As a collector and horology enthusiast for a number of years now, the standard should be better. As it is with numerous other brands in this sphere. Wish I could give this 0 stars, but 1 will suffice.
