一顆星都不想給 當初在這邊開戶,被騙辦了三合一悠遊金融信用卡 現在想要把信用卡功能解掉,百般刀難,還說不可能!怎麼可能會不可能! 從總機開始就沒效率又不專業 一問三不知,回答問題支支吾吾,根本是工讀生吧 電話轉來轉去最後終於轉到一位窗口某襄理 又是刁難又說不可能 問題答的也不明不確 知道我想停用信用卡功能,並且移轉戶頭裡的現金之後 開始干涉隱私,說為什麼要轉走,轉到哪,為什麼 並且口氣非常不客氣,完全沒耐性 請問這是該有的專業嗎???總公司教你這樣跟客戶應對嗎??? 非常有事的一間分行 服務態度和專業都是 欠差評

於1/22兆豐銀行敦南分行通知我有一筆加拿大國外匯入款,銀行人員跟我說我必須簽名及支付手續費200才能收款,我簽名也付了200手續費,後來那邊小姐又跟我說我的帳戶不對,說不能收匯。當天我只好告知國外親友無法收國外匯款。後來決定把款項退回去加拿大。時至今日2/17那筆款項完全無消無息,實在不知該如何是好? 兆豐敦南那邊也完全沒有任何的聯繫,憑空消失的國外匯入款真的令人非常頭痛!

非常爛,前面也才2個人排開戶 因為一個無紙化的開戶機器叫我要等二小時 那為什麼不提供有紙化? 效率超級有問題也不知變通 開戶機器比人效率還差,根本本末倒置
