蜜汁雙方吃起來是蠻特別的!但火腿部分能瘦肉和有油的部分能平均分佈會更好

上海火腿從 1956 年開始營業到現在已經超過一甲子了,歷史十分悠久。當然主打的是金華火腿粽、火腿高湯、蜜汁火腿、湖南臘肉、湖南臘腸⋯⋯等傳統食品。
雖然也會買火腿與臘肉,但是我常來購買的,不是他們本家的食品,而是他們所經銷的名揚坤昌行的豆腐乳,這個充滿濃濃麻油香的豆腐乳,實在是我魂牽夢縈的老味道。
即便不是自己製作的產品,他們還是一樣的歡迎,細心幫我打理。就好像今天我來幫準備出國的朋友採買,上海火腿的大姐就幫忙細心地先裝入夾鏈袋後再一一用報紙捆裝打包,避免碰撞破損,這樣的細心與用心,真是值得稱許。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm giving this store four stars at the behest of my extended family even though I personally do not share the enthusiasm. That said, so far I have only had two kinds of cured sausages bought here so perhaps in the future there would be products that justify the high rating.
The Superior cured liver sausage is decent but not worth the asking price, given that it costs 50% more than the other one I bought that day, as I could not discern the taste of liver. According to the shopkeeper I spoke to, this particular kind is infused with sorghum wine. To me, the wine overwhelms the flavor of the other ingredients. The filling is also too sweet.
The cured Cantonese style sausage is not bad but then I have had much better ones. The filling is too sweet and the seasoning lacks aroma that is intrinsic to the requisite taste of cured sausages.
