★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一包20顆，份量剛好，價格不低，不過用料實在，味道也還不錯，剝皮辣椒水餃沒有想像中的辣，酸白菜豬肉水餃沒有想像中的酸，整體來說突出食材包起來變得不突出了。
口味是很均衡的，皮屬於較厚的，不會軟爛，口感不錯。
A pack of 20 pieces, the weight is just right, the price is not low, but the ingredients are real, and the taste is not bad. The peeled pepper dumplings are not as spicy as expected, and the sour cabbage and pork dumplings are not as sour as expected. Overall, the outstanding ingredients are packaged and changed. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although the chef offers dumplings with quite a variety of stuffings, the tag prices might look daunting for dirt-time diners to set their foot to the bistro. However, entitled champion of dumpling master in Japan, the chef stressed on the crucial roles the selected ingredients play in the making of the skin and the exceptional taste. Personally, I guess that's why the dumpling here come with a rather higher price than expected.
