蛋黃肉包很好吃,全部純手工的跟機器冷凍的完全不一樣,買回去冷凍蒸一下很適合當早餐!

多年前吃得蛋餅,覺得很好吃;多年後點的肉鬆蛋餅,肉鬆不錯,但蛋餅的餅皮也太軟,不合口味無法勉強,只好打包。 嘗試鍋貼:薄弱的餡料與軟軟的鍋貼皮;仰賴旁邊的辣椒醬油膏幫忙吞嚥完成。 Ps.沒有入鏡的辣椒醬油膏,調得真不錯

中午前兼賣蛋餅,口味不錯,常買蛋黃肉包、紅豆包(花豆餡)、起司捲、芋泥包,好吃!

買了兩份蔬菜蛋餅 後面的客人也點了一份蔬菜蛋餅 結果蛋給的量比後一位客人少…菜量也是..非常失望?買了好幾年不會再去消費..

雪菜素包(25元)內除了雪菜之外還有少許腐皮,雪菜還相當清脆,好吃但是整體口味稍稍偏鹹。包子餡料不少!包子皮偏鬆軟,也是很可口,但是有別於老麵饅頭包子皮所具有的口感與香味。 全麥饅頭(18元)麵皮口感相對於包子較為紮實,饅頭很大一個。
