★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 公司在這邊10幾年，這個點不知換過多少店家了，與其說是租金成本高，其實更多是沒有用心經營的店家。但我真心希望這家水煎包店可以一直堅持下去，因為老闆回到基本，把三種水煎包口味都做得非常好吃，高麗菜脆爽香甜、肉包一吃就知道用的是好的部位，汁多而且毫無肉腥味，韭菜包是我的心頭好，比例跟生熟度掌握的極好，我是吃遍全台的韭菜包控，我敢說做的比他們好的沒幾家。

But I sincerely hope that this shuijianbao shop can stick to it, because the owner has returned to the basics and made all three kinds of shuijianbao flavors very delicious. The cabbage is crispy and sweet, and the meat buns will know that they are good. The parts are juicy and there is no meaty smell. The leek buns are my favorite, and the ratio and the degree of rawness and maturity are excellent. I eat all the leek buns in Taiwan. I dare say that they are better than them. Not many.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 早上十點左右台上煎包所剩不多，點韭菜和高麗菜各一。外皮白拋拋幼咪咪非常Q彈軟嫩，口感很好，韭菜味道很好但陷不太多沒幾口就吃完，高麗菜料比較多 可吃比較久，口感非常爽脆，裡面有時有大塊乾辣椒也好吃！即使那天拿到的一個包子皮有點破，但還是很喜歡！會想念！皮口感真棒
