This Chunghwa Telecom customer service staff has a very good attitude. It feels like they have all received professional training, they are quick in action, and the service is good. There are quite a lot of people waiting, but the overall feeling is good and highly praised.

服專一點CS的概念都沒有

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 連續打了兩次客服，都沒有解決問題，中華自己的工程師來跟你們客服說明，也牛頭不對馬嘴，只是不停說抱歉跟不好意思，中華自己工程師也傻眼....。
竟然自行選擇非常滿意這個選項.....
I called customer service twice in a row, but none of the problem was solved. Zhonghua’s own engineers came to explain to your customer service that they were not right, but they kept saying sorry and embarrassed, and Zhonghua’s own engineers were dumbfounded....
I am very satisfied with this option.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 又貴又常斷網，檢修很慢。客服都聯絡不到人，各單位互相踢皮球，還會電話講到一半開始播音樂，人直接消失。不敢承擔責任，怕留聯繫資料，就只會叫我們留然後等他們主動聯繫等到天荒地老。
It is expensive and often disconnected from the network, and the maintenance is very slow. The customer service couldn't get in touch with anyone, the units kicked each other's balls, and even halfway through the call, music was played, and people disappeared. I dare not take responsibility, and I am afraid of leaving contact information, so I will only ask us to stay and wait for them to contact us until the end of the world.

The customer service helped to declare the obstacle, but did not give the device number. Just tell us to wait for the engineer to call.
