幾年前我搬家時自己非常用心打包，易碎物品特別用衣物墊了多層，也特別註明…結果…我的鄰居跟我說:他們都很用力的直接摔你的東西吖！一看就知道毀了…我一看也是紙箱都扭曲了！裡面清出來的水晶杯很剛好每一對都破裂一只??而且最後尾款給付時有2個特別兇神惡煞的樣子…只好趕快付錢還多給了崔媽媽的退費給他們，請他們喝茶…只只希望別來找麻煩??太恐怖了！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 身為房仲，點退時沒檢查前房客遺留物，竟要後面承接戶自己做清運。什麼都不想清，什麼都推得一乾二淨，只來回溝通就想要半個月仲介費，話還越講越不客氣，一點都不專業。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 可惜不能按0顆星，搬家退問卷費，規定跟通知不符，還無法彈性處理，這樣的基金會還想處理消費者申訴，自己就是個需要被申訴的單位，奉勸大家，以後跟貴基金會聯絡，最好都要詢問對方後錄音存證！
