結果剛剛喝的時候才發現店員按成珍芋紅茶拿鐵還給我多收了10元（裡面也沒加小芋圓
真的很糟糕…….

把妳手邊的工作做完，再到客人面前好好的詢問並點單
櫃檯前面已經有遮一層塑膠布了，現在大家又幾乎都戴著口罩，妳們裡面又有各種機械運作的聲音，很容易根本聽不清楚客人要什麼不是嗎？
即使妳在裡面邊做飲料邊跟客人double check 一遍，但還是點錯單那就是毫無意義
點錯就是點錯已經當下請妳重新改單，並不是妳飲料已經做好還要妳重做，還要槓客人那也是完全沒有必要
遇到比妳更兇的人妳要怎麼善後？
