The business center, as the name implies, can rent an office for business negotiation. It has a basic facade and easy access to traffic. There is a Ubike downstairs, a large parking lot next to it, public and private. The conference room is one large and one small, the large one can accommodate 88 people, and the small one has only eight people; the large room can hold events, and the small room can be grouped into reading clubs. Projectors, curtains, and microphones are provided during the event. When renting a conference venue, it is often a preferential gift from the morning to the afternoon, rather than a rush to make a package.
