★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 去了兩次都是很差的購物體驗，兩個店員都不太會結帳，結帳SOP都不確認清楚，導致還要退刷又要各種繁瑣步驟一直重來，店員也搞不清楚結帳的手續，不會操作的地方還要問客人！
兩次都要想辦法解決結帳問題，都浪費我半小時的時間等結帳，趕時間根本走不了，心很累！！
 It was a very bad shopping experience. The two clerks are not very good at checkout, and the checkout SOP is not clear. As a result, it has to be refunded and all kinds of tedious steps have to be repeated all over again, and the clerk can't figure out the settlement. The procedures for the account, where you can't operate, you have to ask the guests!
Both times I had to find a way to solve the checkout problem, and I wasted half an hour waiting for the checkout. !
