fun place with a wide variety of board games. great place to chill for a few hours. Terry was particularly helpful in giving recommendations for fun board games for two. yes. you don't need to go in big groups. you can bring your tinder date here ;)

Situated in a building in the Zhongxiao Fuxing area, my two friends and I walked in here to play some board games for an hour. Value 2/5 What we didn't know was that they charge in 3-hour blocks. I guess it's our fault for not checking the price beforehand, but I've been to a lot of other game places in Taipei that have charged hourly with pro-rated prices. The prices are not pro-rated at the Bungeon 桌遊地下城 東區忠孝店 混東區，萬林大樓後方59號電梯上樓 and you have to pay the full price. Since it was the weekend, it cost NT$275 per person for a 3-hour block. But we were expecting to pay that. So for 3 people only playing 1-hour on the weekend, they charged us NT$825 which is a lot! Experience 2/5 Since it was a busy weekend, a lot of the games were already reserved and the place was packed. Unfortunately, the tables are pretty close together and it can get pretty loud in there. Like, nightclub loud. The staff was helpful in explaining the game to us, but had a little trouble since they were unfamiliar. They were just reading the instructions page to us.
