Best Sushi restaurant in Taiwan

S	S L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good quality and reasonable price however if you are not a rice eater, they serve all raw food on rice, ie sushi. Sitting too close to the tempura pot has a oil particles that irritates the eyes and sitting further away will find the Aircon blowing into your head. ? Overall, quality of food is excellent for the price. Went for dinner again last evening. Seated in another shop. Aircon here is much better. Good service. Fresh good food. They offered add on of A5wagyu beef for 500NT. Taste like heaven. Does not.leave you with a mouthful of oil. Yummy!

Everything is perfectly prepared and savoury good! everything from tofu and uni to king crab and lobster. For 1100ntd plus service fee, this was a pleasant surprise!

You must be reservation to get seats. It’s very popular even in week day! During the meal they will ask you to order extra steak or crab, you can choose how much gram you would like your steak !

In addition to regular sets in the omakase, master chef also offers fresh seafood of the day for additional price. Things like toro, uni, big prawns, wagyu beef, oysters, king crab and others. Definitely shoud take up the offer if you see what you like. Only gripe I have is the very small hallway like space. you feel very cramped.

I don’t understand why the Chef always keep some rice grains beside. Which is not what I expected. Everything else from Sushi was great. Steam egg, tempura, cod fish. But I’m coming for Sushi, sorry.
