已先與門市溝通會放在自家倉庫
現品出清家具又沒有妥善包裝
客人先在現場等兩小時貨車送貨來，
原約定時間2:00，師傅2:30還在台北文昌店做簡易包裝，
又現場師傅再包裝一個半小時
總共因為家具等待三小時半
客服還跟門市推來推去，
客服email也不回覆
沒有一句抱歉，也不更換後續門市服務人員
完全要配合貴公司分店12:00上班時間
而且總公司也不會處理後續事宜
詩肯分店一堆 不用來這家受氣

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 就要過年了，家裡的家具都舊了，想起買家具就是要到文昌街，所以全家人出發來此，看到詩肯居家的櫥窗是現代皮沙發即吸引我們的目光，一進門服務員就很熱情又耐心的介紹每款皮沙發，陶瓷伸縮餐桌，皮餐椅，皮革床架獨立筒床墊，每一樣家具都讓我們超級喜愛的，不囉唆，立馬訂購，加上可以無息分期，真是太開心了，而且都有現貨呢！一想到家裡煥然一新真棒，下次要換家具，ㄧ定還是選這裡。

Seeing that the windows of Shiken’s home are modern leather sofas, it attracted our attention. Every piece of furniture is what we love. Don’t say so, order immediately, and you can install it without interest. So happy, and they are all in stock! When I think that my home will be renewed and awesome, I will choose this place next time I want to change the furniture.
