麵皮內層有些乾硬,不知道麵糰沒發透還是沒蒸透,口感很糟糕,沒有一般厚皮小籠包該有Q彈的口感。內餡蔥段也沒挑過,偏細和很硬的部位也都和進來,口感很差,勉強吃了半籠剩下的很想丟掉。 整體算是吃過的厚皮小籠包倒數的,完全不值4.0以上的分數。 台北目前吃過比較滿意的是北醫的謝記小籠包和龍城市場的上海小籠包。
The inner layer of the dough is a bit dry and hard. I don't know if the dough is not fully developed or steamed. The taste is terrible. There is no ordinary thick-skinned dumplings that should have a chewy texture. I haven't picked the scallion inside, and the thin and hard parts are also mixed in. The taste is very poor. I barely ate the rest of the cage and I want to throw it away. As a whole, it is the countdown of the thick-skin dumplings I have eaten, and it is not worth a score of 4.0 or more. The ones I've eaten in Taipei are the Xieji Xiaolongbao from Beiyi and the Shanghai Xiaolongbao from Longcheng Market.

一直以來⋯ 只有當地居民才會知道的特別早餐⋯ 老闆總是七早八早採用新鮮豬肉跟蔥下去特製 一顆顆大顆又飽滿的小籠包加上特製辣椒醬⋯ 味道特別香⋯ 早起的朋友、觀光的朋友⋯ 早點來喔❣️ 數量不多啊啊啊啊啊⋯

前面的爺爺買了七籠小籠包 來買的媽媽都說從小吃到大 問了一下老闆跟闆娘 已經賣了45年 簡單的蔥香跟肉香還有鹹香 加上老麵的包子皮 調味上恰到好處 這灘結束後面還有一攤 好像是親戚關係 喜歡厚皮或是小包子類型的小籠包 可以試試看 兩位都還蠻親切的 還問我哪裡過來 打包票的說 吃完會想再來 第二天早上 又默默的跑去買了

沒有招牌,但新的小小固定店面,寫著「永康街小籠包」。 說是小籠包,但口感很蔥肉包:蔥的味道很夠,肉的用料不少,該有的湯汁剛剛好。 一籠十顆90元,2022/04/01開始微調+10元。
There is no signboard, but the new small fixed storefront reads "Yongkang Street Xiao Long Bao". It is said to be Xiaolongbao, but the taste is very scallion meat buns: the taste of green onion is enough, the meat uses a lot of ingredients, and the soup that should be there is just right. A cage of ten pieces is 90 yuan, and fine-tuning starts from 2022/04/01 +10 yuan.

跟蘆州的很像,有著Freestyle 包法的小籠包,口味有點像南部的肉包,尚可
It is very similar to the one in Luzhou. The Xiaolongbao has the Freestyle method. The taste is a bit like the meat bun in the south.
