1. 已經在事前告知貓咪背部有季節性過敏，接貓咪的時候發現身上貓咪上面擦了不知名的粉狀物，如果貓咪有更嚴重過敏，店家要負責嗎？
2. 可以理解貓咪在剪毛時因為驚嚇而亂動，但也不能因為這樣成了剪到貓咪乳頭流血的藉口，這樣只會顯得非常不專業，而且還在我面前抹上不知名的粉狀物？？？？？
3. 環境髒亂，剪台桌完全沒有消毒的跡象。
