其中一杯裝袋的時候漏得袋子裡裡外外跟檯面都是飲料
現場人員竟然隨便用抹布擦了一下袋子內側
原袋裝給我....
我不知道換個新的袋子竟有這麼難？
回到家，三杯飲料跟吸管都黏踢踢...
希望貴店可以拿出一點服務精神將心比心
而不是虛應一應故事想趕快把客人打發走

店員很忙但還是很親切！

抹茶鮮奶真的非常水，跟上次喝芋頭鮮奶茶一樣悲劇，結論是康青龍的鮮奶系列真的喝不得，水到我竟然把一杯這麼貴的飲料丟了。
但態度很好，其他也有不錯的，就扣一星就好，要請公司檢討這樣的配方或茶粉是不是真的合理
尤其是在弄抹茶的時候加了很多水，這樣的水量加奶就是悲劇啊
就像espresso加水以後再加奶，跟espresso直接加奶的拿鐵，喝起來感覺就差很多！（在咖啡廳上班的人）

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 機車發不動 … 滿頭大汗的把機車牽到隔壁機車行修理，買了一杯格雷冰茶解渴散熱！出乎意料的好喝！！邊喝邊等修車，結果只是沒了汽油…..機車行幫我加了汽油還沒收檢修費 ！趕緊買了好喝的冰茶請了機車行的技師們?
（兩間店服務都很棒！）

約一個多月前點了三杯貴店的飲料，臨時來電通知退掉訂單使得本人再次向他家飲料店訂購。
好不容易盼到飲料後突然接到貴電通知說先前訂的三杯飲料已經完成，詢問送達的方式。念在服務業總難免有疏失的情況下，仍願意承擔此一負擔到現場付費領取本已失效的訂單。
結果是，貴店店員一副本來就是我們要負擔這筆訂單的態度，完全沒有任何道歉之語，去電公司加盟專線(未有客服專線)也沒有給予補償，只有蒼白無力地回應罐頭式回答，稱會再補強員工訓練。這樣的經驗實在令人心寒。
