點微糖但是實際喝起來相當於八分糖～全糖的甜度，這樣的情況已經不是第一次，向店家反映後得到的解釋是：店家有分成熱茶原液跟冷茶原液，（中間沒聽清楚他們是說說熱的還是冷的用哪一個，但店員回答是說康定店用的跟大部分分店不一樣的那一個）
然後店員說下次點的時候再提醒一下，請問是可以這樣自己決定要用熱茶原液的還是冷茶原液嗎？各分店都可以不一樣的話，茶湯會這個品牌會不會太自由了？？？？
然後就是因為覺得波霸很難吃才點珍珠，結果也沒告知就擅自換成波霸
以上情況已經不是第一次，真的很糟糕
