★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 青年社區是位於青年公園對面的社區，旁邊有新和國小及雙和市場及雙和黃昏市場。我們的社區管理很好，夜間有警衛隊巡邏。園內種植很多樹木及花草，環境清幽整潔每天都有專人清潔四周環境。社區獲頒台北市模範國宅，是很合適居住的好地方。
The Youth Community is the community opposite to the Youth Park, next to Xinhe Elementary School, Shuanghe Market and Shuanghe Dusk Market. Our community is well managed, with guards patrolling at night. Many trees and flowers are planted in the garden, and the environment is quiet and tidy. Every day, there are dedicated personnel to clean the surrounding environment. The community was awarded the Taipei City Model National House, which is a good place to live.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 硬體建築面積相當龐大緊臨青年公園傍邊，最近完成步道通道及花圃整理完畢。住在這裏舒服又安靜是個優質社區，缺點就是居家門口樓梯間被自私的住戶亂佔用，除了自律之外就是管委會要介入⋯⋯
The hardware building area is quite large and it is close to the Youth Park. Recently, the trails and flower gardens have been arranged. Living here is comfortable and quiet. It is a high-quality community. The disadvantage is that the stairwell at the door of the house is occupied by selfish residents. In addition to self-discipline, the management committee has to intervene...
