★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 吃了三十年的胡椒餅,建議吃原味,可以挑比較焦的,口感較好,建議吃法平放在碗裡,先用筷子吃掉上面麵皮再吃肉,稍微拿起來喝掉肉汁,再慢慢把其他的皮吃掉。
不要直接跟吃漢堡一樣,保證你湯汁都喝不到。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 餅皮烤得酥脆,咬下湯汁四溢,肥瘦剛好,蔥也很多,但胡椒味較淡,比夜市裡面要排很久那家好吃

但非全然接受
似精進版 去蕪存菁的老練 頗為驚豔

底層非老派硬麵 柔軟如麵包
內餡極飽水 油湯豐郁
蔥餡非一般過烤軟糊 仍保留蔥青脆口

個人比較偏愛一整塊肉餡的口感
餅皮很出色 大量的蔥讓餅吃起來很豐富
