店面不大,但從餐具、環境、服務整體感受很舒服。光是餐具就有特別挑選,還沒開動看了心情就會很好,紅茶好喝用鋼杯更加分! 湯頭是蔬果昆布天然食材熬成,菜盤新鮮,魚丸好吃,地瓜很甜,五花雖然有點薄,但肉質好,不用沾醬就好吃!翼板牛的油花好美,厚度適中。 醬料還有水果醋可以添加,可以中和沙茶的油膩,副餐有蕎麥麵可以選擇,算是比較特別的,飯後甜湯是紫米紅豆湯。

萬華環河南路上的輕工業文青火鍋店,在靠近環南市場舊社區附近有這種店實在有些突兀,店裡只有吧檯9個位置和後面靠牆壁4個位置,是屬於在地社區型的小店。 店門口的菜單就玻璃上一張A4大小的紙,經過沒注意還看不到,店裡位置不多,此次是餐期後去用餐,不知不覺就包場了。 店裡就老闆一個人做,入座後會先給你菜單和倒茶,茶是日月潭紅茶,茶香濃郁有厚度,還會回甘,茶可以續一次。 餐具很有日式的質感,問老闆是在鶯歌買的。 菜單上賣的比一般火鍋店貴,肉的份量是用盎司來區分大小,有5oz和10oz,5oz是150g,跟一般火鍋店的份量差不多,不過雖然兩種份量差2倍,但是價錢只有多1.3倍左右,愛吃肉的點10oz會超划算。 使用的美國牛肉都是Prime等級,特別的還有非常少見的宗像和牛和盤克夏黑豚,宗像和牛是日本福岡產和牛,盤克夏黑豚則是日本第一的黑豚肉。 鍋底有四種,基本的蔬菜昆布不用加錢,其他起司牛奶、健康番茄和養生菌菇都要+60元,附餐除了白飯、冬粉和烏龍麵,比較特別的是雞蛋蕎麥麵。 原始的菜盤料很多,份量也多,算一算有18種,有高麗菜、大白菜、青江菜、金針菇、鴻喜菇、雪白菇、杏鮑菇、白蝦、板豆腐、雲耳、炸豆皮、玉米、大黃瓜、手工魚丸、鱈魚丸、聖女蕃茄、玉米筍和地瓜,地瓜是台農57號,魚丸是拿三水市場超過一甲子的大豐魚丸店的,吧檯牆壁上還有貼板橋黃石市場老攤的老曹餛飩一份30元。 醬料檯就只有沙茶、醬油、水果醋、大蒜、蔥花和生辣椒,跟其他火鍋店動輒超過十數種醬料完全不一樣,問老闆是因為想讓客人吃原始食材的味道,不要加太多的調味。 蔬菜昆布湯是用蔬果去熬煮的,清甜好喝,起司牛奶鍋是好市多牛奶+切達起司,起司是後來才鋪上的,肉品是現點現切,感覺非常新鮮。 板腱牛肉有13片,瘦肉感比較重,但厚薄度適中,涮一下還是很嫩,盤克夏的梅花比國產的梅花還要Q一點,真的很不錯。 附餐的白飯就很普通,雞蛋喬麥麵要煮3分鐘,吃起來有Q勁,是最推薦的附餐。 餐後的甜點是桂圓白木耳甜湯,這個很有誠意,雖然有枸杞,吃起來完全不會有中藥感。 吃火鍋重點就是安全好喝的湯底,品質好的肉和新鮮的食材,這裡價格沒有比錢都貴多少,但是質感更好更安心。 唯一要說的就是一開始放很多菜到鍋裡,結果等超久才滾,等到我都覺得是不是電磁爐壞了,不過這裡適合好好來吃鍋的人,一個人來邊看劇邊吃鍋也很享受。

擺盤很美 店裡的一切都擺的很整齊 湯頭應該是蔬果熬煮的 很清甜 菜盤菜量不少 但沒什麼火鍋料 肉是現切的 擺盤很漂亮 茶好喝 朋友說甜點木耳湯非常好喝 整體表現都不錯 給4星是因為個人不敢吃菇類 可惜菜盤好多菇 和甜點都無福消受

很最近才發現這家火鍋店,這個月已經去吃兩次了! 所有的東西都能吃出老闆的堅持,不管是湯頭還是醬料區或者場所空間都非常的讓人感受用心良苦! 當然,在消費者的立場,也會吃的非常安心! 價格的部分個人是認為平價(見仁見智了) 一般湯底可能是合口味清淡的愛好者(像我媽)整個很喜歡吃的很開心! 而我喜歡吃赤辣味增,口味我覺得非常好,我比較喜歡味道重一點的就很適合! 肉質或是海鮮真的是大推? 下次想再去試試看小羔羊❤️ 飯後甜點也是一定要喝喝看唷!
