★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 深褐醬色的紅燒牛肉麵
湯頭喝起來鹹香不油膩
若是喜歡帶有牛油味提香的湯頭
可以加店家自製的辣椒牛油
整體風味更上一層
麵條是寬粗的家常麵 口感挺好
放在牛肉湯中蠻吸附湯汁 有入味
牛肉大塊 可惜吃起來有些乾柴
小碗的份量就蠻多
胃口小可以兩人合吃一碗
再加點2-3份小菜 經濟實惠飽足一餐
小菜的部分還可以
像是豬頭皮、滷豆干、滷海帶、竹筍+烤麩
唯獨小黃瓜的味道和口感都覺得奇怪
整體來說是好吃的麵館
記憶中從讀書時期一直經營到現在
應該有近20年的時間
是一間住家附近會經常光顧的好滋味

牛肉湯水餃不用沾醬就覺得很好吃了，好吃！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 座位不多，屬小巧的餐館，有許多老顧客，老闆娘親和力十足。小菜提供雙拼，小魚乾花生鹹香味道剛好；燙地瓜葉上灑白芝麻，口味也不錯，可惜有點老。
主食清燉牛肉麵。先喝口湯，味道稍清淡，還好有提供酸菜，才稍加濃郁。麵條Q彈帶勁，丁塊狀牛肉頗入味。下次還會再來吃點別的......
There are not many seats. It is a small restaurant with many old customers and the proprietress is very friendly. The side dishes offer a double combination. The salty aroma of dried fish and peanuts is just right; the hot sweet potato leaves sprinkled with white sesame, the taste is also good, but it is a bit old.
The staple food is stewed beef noodles. Take a mouthful of the soup first, the taste is slightly lighter, but fortunately sauerkraut is provided, which is slightly richer. The noodles are springy and vigorous, and the diced beef is quite tasty. Will come back for something else next time...
