民國85年7月4日，立心接受臺北市政府社會局委託辦理臺北市龍山老人服務暨日間照顧中心，主要目標發展老人人生智慧，積極鼓勵社會參與，活潑生活， 將台北市龍山老人服務中心建立為萬華區老人服務地標；服務方式採「會員制」推行使用者付費制度外， 辦理長青大學、銀髮社團、日間照顧及發行會訊、提供獨居長者關懷與失能長者照顧等服務。
About Longshan Service Center for the Elderly (Entrusted by the Taipei City Government Social Affairs Bureau)
On July 4, 1985, Lixin accepted the Taipei City Government Social Affairs Bureau to entrust the Taipei Longshan Elderly Service and Day Care Center. The main goal is to develop the elderly ’s life wisdom, actively encourage social participation, and live a lively life. Established as a service landmark for the elderly in Wanhua District; in addition to adopting the "membership system" to implement the user payment system, it handles services such as Evergreen University, the silver hair club, day care and distribution of newsletters, care for elders living alone, and care for disabled elders. .

我是一個夜補校畢業的72歲老人，我在龍山上電腦課，林秀卿老師是我的起萌老師，教我開機打字學上網，我一次又一次的都記不住，林秀卿老師一次又一次的教我，一直把我教會
我升級了，我就上手機平版電腦班，方碧華老師教我們在手機上買火車票，在商店用很多東西，帶我們去戶外教學，楊老師教我們拍照，戶外教學等等
我好幸福喔，我小時候沒有讀書，想不到的是：我老人家了還可以讀書識字，學電腦，學手機，感恩我所認識的美一位活菩薩，感恩立心的活菩薩
