★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這個社區整體上來說還是可以，大部份的住戶都是不錯的，只有少數幾戶住戶奈人尋味自視過大兇氣霸道，以為社區住戶花錢請人就是最大，根本不把人當人看，當他們花錢請的佣人，雖然說社區有管理委員會，但是卻是沒有作用，不敢管事，任其擺爛，機車，汽車，要怎麼停就怎麼停，不說也罷，所以說真正做事情的人，沒有辦法找到，混沌過日，混時間的人卻是彼彼都是。
