老闆態度差,東西品質更差,要買東西,請三思,可能會買到6.7年前壓箱底的產品。 燈品售出後老闆就不會處理囉!只會推脫,說都是客人使用不當。 以下事情經過,文長慎入 本人之前在南部工作,4月才回到北部。 幾個月前家人買了一組大燈(有廠牌外箱還在)裝臥室,2組Led的燈座(外箱沒留,不知道是什麼廠牌)分別裝在2間浴室(1間乾濕分離有在使用,另一間已當作貓房沒使用衛浴設備)中間還有跟他們購買客廳燈。 3月陸續壞掉,因有其它壁燈可使用,且有其它事情在忙,家人到5月才去跟店家購買新的燈座並已更換上,但由於臥室燈要其它家人選款式尚未購買,當選擇完新款式,打電話問老闆價錢並詢問為什麼之前所購買的商品好像沒裝多久就壞掉,(經查看與家人line的紀錄才知道購買未超過半年)女老闆表示大燈廠商有保固,小的燈座因不知是什麼廠牌,叫我拿回去給他們檢查,跑去以後,女老闆看了半天後面的廠商跟日期(根本沒貼任何保固,後面只有廠商給店家圈選保固日期,我看才知道已經出廠6年以上,店家當然無法圈選保固,因為商品出廠太久了,後面年限只有2014.2015可以選擇。)測試了半天,也沒說要怎麼處理,但我們購買的另一組是大廠牌的,男老闆說有保固,聯絡廠商就好,我問是我們自己聯絡嗎?他說他聯絡,我們留下電話住址就好。(講話口氣都是不耐煩,也並未給任何紙筆寫聯絡資料) 中間女老闆一直說裝浴室有水氣本來就會比較快壞,我已告知2間浴室,有1間並未使用,並無水氣,但2個一樣的燈在1個星期內相繼壞掉,所以常理推斷跟水氣無關。女老闆還是在半小時內如跳針般重覆說同樣的話3次以上,還說大燈是我們使用上的問題才會壞。到講第4次,我受不了,說:「講來講去都是說我們的問題,你們就沒想過,你們的東西有品質上的問題嗎?Led燈一開始我就說我們已經跟你們買新的,而且換上了,是你們說要看,我才帶來,你們不想處理就直接跟我說不處理就好了。」 男老闆在旁邊說:「沒有不處理,有保固,我再聯絡廠商,你們留電話地址就好。」(還是沒給任何紙筆留資料,而且他說的是大燈) 然後男老闆就自顧自的做自己的事,我以為他是在幫我們翻找廠商的資料,此時女老闆也在幫其它客人拿燈管,約莫5分鐘後,我詢問男老闆,請問我們現在在等什麼? 老闆居然回我,我怎麼知道你們在等什麼? (我們帶去的燈座被丟在桌上,也沒留任何的資料,我不知道老闆是可以通靈嗎?) 女老闆回:「我有電話」 我回:「你們不是說要地址,我們站這至少20分鐘 ,你們有拿紙筆來給我們寫嗎?」 隨指著丟在桌上的Led燈回:「這個你們不處理,我就帶走,說一聲就好,不是讓我們在這裡呆站著。」 男老闆不耐煩的回:「沒有不處理,你就放著。」 我們在此店待快1小時 真的讓人超火大,真的浪費時間,原本要跟他們訂新的臥室燈,結果他們是這樣處理他們賣出去的商品。 運氣好,燈沒壞沒問題,運氣不好,就是這樣的處理態度。 後續過了2天都沒人來電,我就自行上網查臥室燈的廠商客服,打去問,對方過一陣子馬上回電安排時間讓工作人員來檢修。 今天是我們外盒還沒丟,要不然也不會知道怎麼找廠商電話,這間店的服務還真讓人不敢恭維。 要跟他們購買產品,要確認自己運氣夠好,不要買到陳年舊貨跟瑕疵商品。
