真的是一間不會做生意的店家 我買了一個耐酸鹼的噴槍回家裝洗浴室的清潔劑(不是硫酸喔 只是一般浴室清潔劑) 這種東西剛填滿試用噴幾下當然是沒有問題 誰知道隔幾天要用噴頭就不能用了 我拿去跟店家反應 店家說要連包裝袋才能換給你 態度很強硬 但都過幾天了 誰會去留包裝袋 我說不然你換給我同樣的商品 包裝袋我給妳留著換瑕疵品 她竟然跟我說沒辦法 不換給我 妳們賣的東西有瑕疵壞掉 還標榜「耐酸鹼」又比較貴 現在東西瑕疵又不給換 腦筋又那麼死不會變通 這樣剛好打死一個客人以後不會去了 虧我還常去光顧 真的很不會做生意 還有店家沒開發票 剛好去國稅局檢舉 做生意不是這樣做的 你當客人都是白癡嗎?

買電話線回家試,發現不能使用,拿著電話機回店內試換貨,店家表示沒有可以試的地方,並表示只讓你換一次貨,再不行使用,就是你的問題,不能再退換貨…回家一樣不能用,直接退還貨品,錢我不退沒關係。當下去光南買的線,品質好馬上能用,這家店的服務態度跟商品品質,連一顆星都不值!我不缺60元
