經過溝通之後，釐清權責得知方茲並無郵寄失誤 乃其他雙方未知因素導致商品無法投遞退回台灣。很感謝方茲能及時處理 避免不必要的誤會，並且直接退回運費。溝通過程和結果都符合我們的消費期待，認為方茲是有誠意承擔責任 並無推諉。
經過這兩天的溝通並澄清誤會後，我認為方茲是值得推薦的廠商。
Please ask your family to buy fish essence and send it to the United States by Fonzidai. In the end, I didn't receive it and returned it to Taiwan.
After communication, we clarified the rights and responsibilities and found that there was no mailing error by Fangzi. It was because of other unknown factors between the two parties that the goods could not be delivered and returned to Taiwan. Thank you Fonzi for handling it in time to avoid unnecessary misunderstandings and return the shipping cost directly. The communication process and results are in line with our consumer expectations. We believe that Fangzi is sincere in taking responsibility and has no shirk.
After two days of communication and clearing up the misunderstanding, I think Fonzi is a manufacturer worth recommending.
