★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 專人打掃清潔，照顧的很好乾淨，設備新穎！但是飲水的水龍頭水質並不好，出來的水是有味道且濯濯的，喝起來蠻害怕所以自己買水。
整體友善服務！晚上值班先生沒戴眼鏡那一位服務非常好！貼心。地點方便！經理很專業。
但要說是櫃臺小姐有一個蠻詭異的.... 常很像幽靈出沒，因為太特別很難忘記這個人，其他小姐都很客氣有禮，只有那位長頭髮瘦瘦的女生服務時完全像空氣，不曉得她是否在工作還是只是住戶。
Special staff clean and take care of it very well, and the equipment is novel! However, the quality of the taps for drinking water is not good. The water that comes out is smelly and smooth, so I am scared to drink, so I buy water for myself.
Overall friendly service! The man on duty at night who didn't wear glasses had very good service! intimate. Convenient location! The manager is very professional.
But to say that the lady at the counter is quite weird... often looks like a ghost, because it is too special to forget this person, the other ladies are very polite and polite, only the long-haired thin girl is completely Like Air, I don’t know if she is working or just a resident.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 與前一個「台北信義花園」相比好上許多，不僅大門像高級旅館般，戶外花圃也有在整理照顧，行人道還有特別設計，給人的感覺不會髒亂，連排水溝都加裝可拆式細網避免下水道蟲子跑上啦。
Compared with the previous "Taipei Xinyi Garden", it is much better than the main hotel. The outdoor garden is also like a high-class hotel. The outdoor flower gardens are also arranged and taken care of. The pavement is also specially designed to give people a feeling that it will not be messy. Detachable fine mesh to avoid the sewer bugs running.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms and amenities are very nice, and the building is quite conveniently located near the subway and shopping area, but those are the only good things about this place. Although the staff and manager on site were very friendly, but the sales director in charge, who communicates through online messaging, was extremely rude and unprofessional. He would degrade the customer for asking too many questions, thereby forcing you to look elsewhere. He has no respect for ethical business conduct, and would choose to rent out rooms to whoever is willing to pay more money, regardless of who came first. Absolutely disgraceful for a nice building like this to have someone this pathetic in charge. No disrespect to all the staff and tenants in the building. Just thought that you should know all your hard work and rent payments are ultimately benefiting the wallet of a scum(that’s putting it nicely).
