雞優穀菜單提供了八九種藥膳湯底，然後可以選是要土雞肉、土雞腿、烏骨雞還是豬肉片，也可以選擇要不要加下水。
除了有藥膳雞湯外還有雞絲飯、麻油乾麵線、滷筍絲、豆干、滷蛋、藥膳雞腳凍、米血糕、燙地瓜葉、燙高麗菜等選擇。
點完後拿去櫃台先結帳，然後⋯等餐點上桌時間有點久。

After ordering, take it to the counter to check out, and then... it takes a long time to wait for the meal to be on the table.
