小菜份量適中，筍絲部份以碗裝上桌，湯汁保溫可慢慢品嚐，鴨胗處理的脆而不韌，附沾醬、薑絲，也很適合當下酒菜。

建議食用時機：午餐、晚餐時段
飽足度：一碗麵配上一兩道小菜，飽足也滿足。
