★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 裁員後只留下沒有經驗的一位員工，以往的員工都離開了。這位連基本的調整鏡架的原理都不懂，以往在中天或別的眼鏡行，配好的眼鏡若戴起來覺得耳朵或鼻子覺得不舒服，店員都知道怎麼測量怎麼調整，這位一副啥都不懂，要不是專業的客戶解釋告訴他應該可以這樣調整一下，那樣調整一下，一直一個口令一個動作，一副搞不清有什麼問題嗎的笑容，連剛配好的鏡架鼻架部粉呈現偏斜的狀況都看不出來，讓人懷疑到底是發生呵什麼請況，好無語。

挑框前換上自己的隱眼（好挑框），店員也友善提供協助，甚至之後挑框不是挑最高價，店員先生（1999年服務至今）也從沒露出不耐之情。
也不會一直推高價框、高價片，也有耐心說明不清楚的部分，而且店裡的二位店員都是經驗豐富又親切☺️
