Although it is a public institution, it does not set up toilets for normal people. There is only one "gender friendly toilet" in the hall. I am not that kind of pervert, so I don't want to go to that toilet. Going to the toilet used by your internal staff is just fine. If the hall does not change back to the toilet for normal people, I will go to your internal toilet next time I negotiate.
