★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 剛剛去看了太子松馥一次，進樣品屋說請不要碰他們樣品屋紗窗，嫌棄我們說會弄髒，也不要出入陽臺，也不要開窗看通風和聽戶外聲音。感覺在羞辱客人的現場男銷售人員，聽他們說他們是公司自己在賣，建議大家還是找對面宜誠那種親切歐巴桑接待，才會有好心情。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 打電話給總計詢問「大溪太子美術開發案」的問題，總機小姐以為自己什麼都懂？！太離譜了，我請她轉接相關部門，一樣一問三不知，不斷地轉接，然後就沒人接聽了！這就是建商的態度，台灣的建商程度真的很差，沒有人能回答為何店鋪的40%空地【完全無法讓土地所有權人使用】，連這個基本的問題，沒有人能回答。
