原定收貨日無法送達
第一次摔壞貨物
第二次忘記要請司機載出
第三次載出來了結果無法準時送達
司機打來時口氣很像欠他二五八萬一樣 難到你把貨放在別人家你要負責？還是把東西放在門口是基本服務態度？不見了沒收到誰負責
前前後後等了將近一個月
客服小姐接完電話說要回電也沒回
要自己一直去追才有答案
司機送貨太慢 一條街可以送四個小時
早上9點送到下午2點才送完一條街太扯
客服也無法追蹤司機具體位置以及時間
難怪負評一直增加^_^
