一個月前去保養,保養比原廠還貴,是那種連原廠機油都算比較貴的那種。加一罐油精一千元,一直說原廠的很爛,又說不出牌子跟哪裡爛。
最不好的兩個體驗:
1.跟老闆說上次換輪胎的時候店家有調整過動力方向盤的參數導致自動回正之後微微向右偏,老闆直接跟我說那要四輪定位,我禮貌性問了個價錢然後拒絕了。問題就是電腦參數為什麼要定位…事後跟我說,因為胎壓不足所以才會偏。那你一開始說定位是在宰客嗎?而且問題也沒有解決,還是跟以前一樣。
2.保養完車子都是菸味,真的非常無言。
不知道是不是遇到年輕老闆所以體驗不太一樣,整個過程似乎沒有網友們的愉快。以後應該會考慮其他選項。

再三追問都不說料件和工錢的明細是多少
(台製的一組大約3000上下)
最後我說料件我有查詢價格,工錢是要收7000的意思嗎?店家才說這樣料件我們會虧本,可以自己買料去換,工錢2000。
買了料件去換完牽車,老闆說上升下降幅度有變小,我想說沒大礙,結果檢查電控上下時候發出卡頓巨響,老闆說剛裝的時候沒有這聲音,後來操作幾次才有,我這時候就真的很不爽了,是不是我沒測試到他就不說?
當場我沒發脾氣,在原地大概開關了十幾次給他聽,他又改口說一開始裝就有這個聲音,功能性的話沒有問題,我不想發火開車離開,經驗非常差,這輩子絕對不會在把車子交給他們處理。
會讓他們處理絕對是因為離家裡近,不是因為技術和誠信。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先生的車一向都是在這裡保養,任何問題都很信任老闆所做的處理。但同樣的問題一而再再而三的發生,每回只要在貴廠保養或檢修完,都會再出問題。最嚴重的一次是年前保養完,隔週馬上出現變速箱的問題,然後顧路在路邊,致電給貴廠,老闆卻不接電話也不打算處理,聽到車輛電腦顯示變速箱故障,也不願意多說什麼甚至直接說在忙也不願意幫忙聯絡或提供拖車資訊就草草掛電話,後續甚至不讀不回訊息。剛做完大保養,也檢查過變速箱,卻沒檢查出車輛的問題,請問大保養是在做心酸的嗎?聯絡另一家車廠,老闆二話不說馬上幫忙聯繫拖車事宜,收費還比貴廠配合的便宜很多,至別廠檢查原因後,查出原因是變速箱油完全漏光,當初在保養換變速箱油時為何沒檢查出來?
花了近兩小時的時間保養,卻連這點問題都沒查出來?還好是在一般道路,若今天是在高速行駛時發生,出了意外請問貴廠能如何負責?
事發至此近兩個月,貴廠依舊不回訊息也不打算處理嗎?
