★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 日前來到五星級寒舍艾美酒店的『琥珀廳』參加喜宴，格局氣派自然不在話下，整個婚宴的流程簡單順暢，酒席料理中規中矩，惟美中不足的是服務品質不到位，宴席接近尾聲囑咐外帶出了不少差錯，《紅豆麻糬燒》約有6片完全消失不見，原本有7片《櫻桃鴨》打包外帶，回家一看只有三片，我想跟我一樣帶回家發現不符的應該不少人吧，期盼寒舍艾美能加強服務人員的訓練，或許當天來的是臨時工讀生而非正職人員也有可能！
