It’s a good place for lunch. Very clean and comfortable, they also provide all u can eat veggies.

Poor customer service. I arrived early at about 11:15am to meet a friend at 11:30am so I asked if I could be seated first. One of the waiters said yes and seated me at a two person table. My friend was late and was still on her way at about 11:40 when I was informed of the 90 minute limit to eat, which began when I was first seated 35 minutes ago. Sure it makes sense if they place was packed but there was literally only one other two person table occupied for the duration of my time there. I also did not consume any of the free beverages offered or even water. My friend arrived shortly after I got up and decided to find another hotpot place in the same building which was also empty on Jan 2 when many office workers nearby probably had taken off for a vacation. An explanation as to why the 90 min limit, which I was not informed of upon entering, must be adhered to, given how empty the place was would have been much appreciated and taken less offensively.

Charges 10% service with merely no service. Had to add soup by ourselves, but no one refills the soup bottle.

The environment is not so clean and lack of staffs to work during peak hour. We have to wait half an hour for the seat but the restaurant was only half full.

First the trying the hot pot, it was good, and the vegetables are fresh.

The environment makes us feel comfortable, and the service is great. However, the quality of food is just okay. There are some drinks for free in the restaurant. I recommend the soy milk! If you don’t mind, you can have a hot pot at the foot court. Then you will save a lot of time and about NTD100 per person.
