★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the best place for traditional Taiwanese breakfast. First place I would visit getting off a long flight to Taiwan. There are tons of such places in Taipei, so what is so special? This place is clean and service is fast. Their soy milk is rich and smooth. I also love their so call rice milk which is rice and peanuts mixed drink. Their egg pancake is soft and just right. Rice dumpling contains the right amount of ingredient that is so satisfying yet not over filling because the sticky rice is cook perfectly. Their XiaoLongBao is also great. To be honest, everything I have tried here is good.... I feel that the manager/owner has a good SOP and everyone there is a well trained and well oil machine that they seldom make mistakes and you get your stuff fast. I would take a bus to go there just for breakfast.... You just have to try it for yourself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hands down the best place I’ve had breakfast of soya bean milk and 胡椒饼加蛋. I’ve visited various famous joints and most fell short. This was an accidental find and I went back 3 days for breakfast! Hope I’m still able to get a table after this recommendation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly staff and great food. The sesame pastry is to die for, very rich black sesame taste and not overly sweet. The salty soy milk is better than in other places because the fritters are put on top at the end so they stay crunchy and don't get soggy. The pepper bun was also really good.
