進門警衛會問要辦什麼業務然後給號碼牌,走去寫業務單據他還會阻止你說不用寫?在辦的時候辦理的行員用問的,帳戶號碼?名字?名字是這個字嗎?搞得很複雜而且完全沒有效率可言。 今天去辦理業務,總共有9個櫃位有6個行員,在辦理業務的行員卻只有3個?!到我的號碼前面有8個,有兩個跑掉剩6個人;等6個人等了50分鐘,行員字典裡應該沒有「效率」兩個字。

很恐怖的流程管理 & 服務。 諮詢貸款業務愛理不理,把生意往外推。 建議如該分行沒有處理相關業務的專員(可能疫情期間輪流居家上班?),可以直接婉拒客戶,而不是讓客戶轉了好幾個檯後沒有任何幫助,浪費彼此時間和溝通成本。
